Marketing and Listings Manager & Contract to Close Coordinator
Laura Brown earned her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Murfreesboro,TN from Middle Tennessee State University in 2003 and is a licensed REALTOR®. As a marketing and listings manager, Laura coordinates the marketing of our listings on over 30 websites and also manages our own websites. In addition to that she sends mailouts, makes flyers and schedules REALTOR® tours and open houses for all our listings. Laura also manages our referral program and assists with all client transactions from contract to closing. Laura works closely with mortgage lenders, title companies, and clients to consistently ensure effective communication, rapid response, and a smooth transaction.

Amanda Squires has a Bachelor's in Business Administration-Finance from Texas A&M University and has been a licensed REALTOR®. Prior to joining Jessica’s team, Amanda worked as an independent agent and Agent Services Coordinator for the Northwest Market Center of Keller Williams, where she managed the real estate transactions and education of over 400 REALTORS. As Marketing and Listings Assistant, Amanda sends out our monthly newsletter and bimonthly market update email. She also manages the showing activity and REALTOR® feedback of our all our listings. In addition to that, Amanda also plans our annual Client Appreciation Party and assists with all client transactions from contract to closing.
